If I connect to my computer with teamviewer before I login, and then use phone via teamviewer to login the background will be black and remain black, until I shutdown then restart the computer and login manually at the keyboard. My teamviewer starts with windows however I only get the black screen if I log in via teamviewer. This is on Windows 8.1. The solution to this VNC Windows black desktop screen problem is easy – simply disable the Windows Aero theme. To do so, right click on black space on desktop of target remote system (the one you want to remote control with VNC, where server is running), choose Personalize.

The Problem
I have this remote computer that’s running 24/7 under Windows XP. It’s a surveillance PC where I check the shop with a web camera installed and TeamViewer installed. The problem is when ever I connect to this remote PC I always encounter a blank screen.
My Findings
So to do away with the problem, I reboot the remote computer by click the Action>Remote Reboot>Reboot Virtual dj pro 7 free download. in the toolbar. After I restarted the remote computer I was be able to access the it.
But that’s not the real solution. I have encountered the problem again and just reboot the remote computer. I tried re-installing the TeamViewer using the latest version but still the problem reoccurs.
So I re-analyzed the problem and just noticed that it was the screen saver that’s causing the problem. When I removed the screen saver the problem was gone.
